Country Conference remains the highlight of the Country Labor calendar and offers a unique opportunity for rural and regional delegates to meet in country NSW to formulate the policy and share experiences.

The 2012 Country Conference was held in Cessnock at the Cessnock Performing Arts Centre from Friday 24 – Sunday 26 February 2012.

In 2012, we reformed Country Conference to focus more on training and policy development and Conference was expanded to include a one day training session for potential candidates in the 2012 Local Government elections.

Delegates also split into policy workshops the formulate ideas for policy areas like education, health and food security.
